One of the slogans of the Velvet Revolution was Back to Europe, and not only politically but economically as well. Yet in more than 30 years the Czech Republic has not managed to attain Western living standards or to "catch up with the West". "Working out what we want is far more important than catching up with something," says the philosopher Alice Koubová in a special broadcast of the podcast Chyba systému, which took place live on 17 November at Prague's Divadlo X10 in cooperation with Český rozhlas Plus and the Díky, že můžem association.
