Unexpected connections. Stories. Discovery. Sharing. The FALL festival at the DOX Centre for Contemporary Art is a space for the ideas and voices of writers, artists and other creative figures across a range of genres, and for their inspiring "borderlands". In a digital age, when we share more on social networks than in the real world, the festival is an opportunity to slow down, to see the world for a moment through someone else's eyes and to step briefly into the stories of others. To ask whether creativity, imagination and empathy are what (still, for now) sets us apart from our artificially intelligent future. Discussions, author readings, guided tours of exhibitions and interdisciplinary workshops. That is the FALL festival.
